Please note that our products are fragile and we cannot guarantee if there is any damage during the delivery process. However, we pack the product properly using bubble wrap and fragile stickers to make sure the courier handles the product carefully.
We recommend delivering your order by instant courier, as Gojek or Grab, within the Bandung area.
1. Jabodetabek, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jogjakarta, Surabaya
We highly recommend using pool to pool shuttle for delivering your order outside the Bandung area. Your order will be delivered on the next day, after the order is received the day before. We will notify the shipping receipt by whatsapp once the order is dropped at the pool. Basically, your order needs to be picked up at the chosen pool on the same day.
2. Other cities or direct delivery to your address using courier delivery service, such as SiCepat and J&T.
We use DHL as a courier delivery service for international shipping. Please note that we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment courier to file a claim.
